A million years ago, or perhaps five, I used to podcast with a friend of mine. He’s an independent wrestler in the Carolinas.
Podcasting was hard. I had to run funny scripts to record the Skype call, as it wasn’t baked into Skype yet. I used crummy Linux tools to edit the audio. I wrote the RSS feed by hand. After publishing, I’d write the show notes.
Now, the life of a podcaster is much easier. I’m considering getting back into it with twelvefingers on the other end of the tin can and string.
For nostalgia purposes, and so you guys can have some laughs, here are two episodes of the old Sunday Night Slamcast, with me and Charlie Dreamer.
The first we actually recorded a few episodes in to give some background on who we were and why we were doing this. The second was the last episode we recorded.
Yeah, we only got 16 episodes in. We recorded some other items, which I might share later, but it was tough to get together and record every week.
